RETURN/REFUND POLICY: We do not accept returns or offer refunds. All sales are final, please be 100% sure before you place your order. We do not accept returns in any situation, but below are examples of situations in which we DEFINITELY CERTAINLY IN NO WAY will accept a return:
"I read on another website that this shaft should cycle at 269cpm, this one you sent me cycles at 264cpm, I need a refund" - NOPE! We cannot control the accuracy of what you read on other sites, and cannot account for manufacturing variances.
"You list this shaft as 46" raw, I measured it on my laser measuring device and it is actually 45.92", I need to return/exchange" - NOPE! We list items the way they measure out in our shop, there are variances in some products, and amongst measuring devices.
"I ordered this item 5 days before my Christmas Day Tournament, if you shipped it priority mail same day it should be here. It's not here in time so I don't need it any more, I need to return." NOPE! We cannot guarantee shipping timeframes, especially around holidays, in areas heavily flooded (yes, we've had this complaint), and/or if you're local post office has decided to close and hold all packages due to Covid (we've had this before as well).
PACKAGE ARRIVES DAMAGED OR DOES NOT ARRIVE: Please contact us and we will figure out what is going on and if there is a way for us to help you resolve the issue.

SHIPPING OPTIONS: We reserve the right to change the shipping option without notice, and only do this if there is a logistics/shipping issue with a carrier. All items are shipped with tracking numbers and are insured at their full retail value.
